Meet the CEO
Darrell L. Sullivan has more than 30 years' experience in technology and telecommunications. He spent the first 16 years of his career in New England, where he worked his way up to technical sales representative with three states as his office, managing accounts valued at well over a million dollars. Since moving to Central Maryland in 2002, he has worked for local telecommunications companies, eventually deciding to combine his technical skills and innate social nature to establish his own company. His client list has included organizations such as Massachusetts Mutual, Nortel Networks, Lucent Technologies, and Southern Management Corporation.
Our Mission
NDR's mission is to provide telecommunications and security solutions that allow our clients to focus on their mission. We do this by offering installations tailored to the needs of each client, and then by supporting our clients with dependable maintenance for the products we install.
Our Motto
Done right, on time, the first time.
Our Values
It's been said that seven is a "perfect" number. We agree. Here are our seven core values.
Commitment
We give our clients courteous, responsive service that shows we have their back. They will then have reason to come back.
Listening
We can't know what you need without first listening to you tell us.
Honesty
We demonstrate integrity in our dealings with our clients.
Efficiency
Your time is valuable; we don't waste it.
Accountability
Each of us is individually responsible for getting the job done.
No blame in our game
If we make a mistake, we own it and correct it.
Attention to detail
Small pieces complete a puzzle. To do our job well, we must pay attention to the little things.
